OEPA's 2nd Hearing and Public Testimony on Buckeye Brine's Application to Inject Class 1 Waste

This meeting was held at 6 PM on April 15th in the Coshocton High School Auditorium. OEPA reported that about 250 people attended and 32 people testified.
We are awaiting a decision on the permit by the head OEPA, Laurie Stevenson.
